When I went to SAPSASSA Soccer Carnival from 26th-28th August 2020 at West Beach, I played soccer for three days and it was a lot of fun.
The first day we got there my team and I only played two games and lost both but to us it was all about teamwork, so we were still very happy.
On the second day we had three games, one of the teams we played were doing a lot of arguing and fighting amongst themselves which helped our team to see how well we were working together and supporting each other as a team. The other two games we had were really good, but we still lost the games we had played.
On our final day of play we had another three games to play. My team was really switched on and we were determined to try and win on the last day. We ended up super happy when our teamwork helped us to draw on one game and win the other two. It was a great finish to the week. I could never ask for a better team because they were so nice and never gave up if something was hard.
It was a great experience, and I was proud to be able to represent St. Josephs Tranmere in SAPSASSA Soccer.
