Week 5, Term 2 2021
Yesterday our school captains – Chloe, Jacob, Anna-Lisa and Alex attended the 200 years of catholic education mass. It was a great celebration of the people who have made, and continue to make Catholic Education thrive in Australia today. Many young people attended and it was great to see how our system is educating young people in the values of the gospel. Our students were asked to do the Gospel Procession and they did it with grace and respect. This photo in the newsletter this week is them outside the Cathedral in front of the statue of Mary MacKillop. It reminds us of how fortunate we are to be part of Catholic Education and also to follow in the footsteps of our patron saint and the Josephite sisters.
