Building Programs

Our mission is to provide a learning culture that is creative, engaging and promotes growth for all children.  Our school premises play an important part in that goal.

We are delighted to be significantly investing in major capital works to provide contemporary environments for our students, enhancing their learning opportunities and wellbeing.

The next phase of our facilities development is due to start in September 2023 with the building of new classrooms for our Early Years students (Reception to Year 2) with a connecting 'Learning Street' for collaborative learning.

This work is being undertaken with the support of a Government Grant with the aim for building to commence September 2023.

The learning spaces will: -

• be flexible, varied and connected
• provide students with choice in where and how they learn
• be adapted to accommodate contemporary learning modes and technology
• provide optimum learning conditions such as temperature, light and acoustics
• support opportunities for independent learning in small and large groups
• Support collaborative learning and teaching

This stage of our Project will provide various learning settings: - 

• group learning encouraging collaboration and an inquiry approach to learning; 
• presentation spaces to share acquired skills and knowledge;
• seamless transitions to outdoor learning reflecting our focus of ecological conversion; 
• display spaces to support, share and showcase learning; 
• ready access to contemporary ICT resources enabling teachers and students to experiment with new learning tools and engage in joint learning experiences. 

Our Parish Hall renovation is complete and sees this heritage listed building fully renovated with an upgraded kitchen and contemporary OSHC spaces.

Our top yard has been transformed into a wonderful adventure playspace with the equipment chosen by our students who workshopped their ideas with our team of architects.

This project has been funded by the school with support from a Government Grant.
