Sacramental Programme 2019
Last weekend a number of our students were involved in Confirmation and First Eucharist ceremonies. On Saturday, 29 students were Confirmed at the Church by Vicar General Fr Philip Marshall, and on Sunday, 16 students from our school received their First Holy Communion. Over the next two weekends, 13 more students from school will also make their First Holy Communion. We join in congratulating the children and their families.
On the Feast of Christ the King, Sunday 24th November 2019, at the conclusion of 9.30am Mass, the Sacramental candidates and their families are invited to share a celebratory cake as well as receive Sacramental certificates for Confirmation and First Eucharist.
Sacramental Programme 2020
Early in Term 4, a meeting will be held for the families of students who identify as being of the Catholic Faith, and who will be in Year 3 or Year 4 in 2020. Those families of students who made their Reconciliation earlier this year and who are on my Sacramental email base, will receive a reminder notice about the meeting. If you think your child is eligible to receive the Sacraments of either Reconciliation or Confirmation & First Eucharist (Holy Communion), please contact Cynthia Thompson on cthompson@stjotran.catholic.edu.au
